None of us like surprises; therefore, we keep our clients informed through regular communications which includes:
- Weekly Status Reports providing detail at the WBS task level.
- Risks, issues and summaries of the past and future periods, including a comparison of actual versus scheduled deliverables and milestones.
- Budget and timeline colored indicators providing the management sponsor and stakeholders with an overall summary of the project status and recovery plan should variances occur.
