USDM Projects allows our clients to hand off the staffing, project management and execution of a project. We staff the project with subject matter experts and team members that will most cost effectively and quickly complete the project. USDM is responsible for driving the project to agreed to milestones and deadlines. USDM and clients work together to assign responsibility for various tasks/roles in the project.

Long Term Engagements (LTE)
USDM Long Term Engagements provides the most sophisticated full-service approach to Staffing. Clients want someone that understands their staffing needs and not have to spend a great deal of time reviewing resumes and interviewing the wrong people.
With our vast talent pool of expert consolutants and our rigorous screening process, we assure our clients that each person deployed at their client site is not only the best possible fit technically and culturally but also is tied into an organization that is fundamentally concerned about that person’s career path and is monitoring satisfaction levels.
We assign an Engagement Leader to each client. Engagement Leaders are USDM employees that are also working onsite at a given client. They interact with various hiring managers ensuring that our people meet their needs. Engagement Leaders ensure:
