Validation Package Maintenance ProgramThe Validation Package Maintenance Program provides updates to the VAPs as applications are revised or major patches issued. VAP Maintenance provides for faster and cost effective change control and upgrades.
USDM works closely with our application vendor partners to identify application upgrades and patches. Our team of regulatory experts analyzes the changes and/or new functionality, performs an impact assessment, and makes recommendations for updating our VAPs. Our VAPs are then updated for new functionality as well as those changes with regulatory impact.
USDM provides support for our VAP clients that help to achieve and maintain regulatory compliance throughout the life cycle of your systems.
